Fleet Feet Running Club Spring 5K Training !
Fleet Feet Running Club Wichita Spring 5K Training is for beginner level runners and walkers who want to train for a 5K event. This group is all about movement! Walk, jog, run, and everything in between. This is an 8 week training program that will help you get to the goal that you set for yourself, whether that is a race or just to get moving and build strength. Our goal race, should you choose to do it, is The Big Run 5K.
This program starts on TBD, and will be divided into groups by pace. All paces are welcome! The program will include a uniquely made schedule, training runs throughout the week led by your FFRC coaches, store coupons, topical clinics, physical therapy screenings, and much more.
Tuesdays at 6pm: West Store
Thursdays at 6/7pm: East side (alternating between pub run locations and our East store)
Saturdays at 7:30am: Alternate between East and West stores (as well as occasional off-site workouts)
