10K Summer Training Starts July 6th
$55 - 12 Week Training Plan
Enjoy a 12 week training program designed for all fitness levels. This program can be taken by walkers, interval run/walk, and runners of all different pace groups. This program will feature a combination of in person and virtual coaching.
What a typical week will look like:
M: Optional on your own miles or light cross training workout distance/examples will be provided virtually
Tu: In person group run at 6:30PM.
W: Virtually delivered cross training routine via facebook live by 7PM
Th: In person group run at 6:30PM
F: Rest or optional on your own cross training routine
Sa: Long Run in person by pace group. Start time 7:30a
Locations: We try to keep it feeling fresh and not so "routine", so we have varying locations to start at for in person runs. These will be determined in advance and delivered with the training program at the start of the course. Some locations you can expect: Chisholm Trail Park, Sedgwick County Park, Pawnee Prairie Park, Fleet Feet Wichita East, Fleet Feet Wichita West, Down Town in front of the Hyatt

>Invitation to a private Facebook Group designed to increase c, pass off vital information, and host private virtual training sessions.
>Invitations to exclusive events made just for the group.
These will include:
* health and wellness events hosted by health professionals
* promotion events
* Demo Events (Shoe vendor comes and lets you try out their products for your run)
***Open to all ages under contingencies: Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire program
