Enjoy a 8 week training program designed for all fitness levels. This program can be taken by walkers, interval run/walk, and runners of all different pace groups. This program will feature a combination of in person and virtual coaching.
Locations: We try to keep it feeling fresh and not so "routine", so we have varying locations to start at for in person runs. These will be determined in advance and delivered with the training program at the start of the course. Some locations you can expect: Chisholm Trail Park, Sedgwick County Park, Pawnee Prairie Park, Fleet Feet Wichita East, Fleet Feet Wichita West, Down Town in front of the Hyatt.
