5K / 10K / Half / Full Training Options

This training program is designed for all fitness levels. This program can be taken by walkers, interval run/walk, and runners of all different pace groups. This program will feature a combination of in person and virtual coaching. Runners and walkers should be prepared for their chosen distance over the course of the training program.

What's included:

  • A full detailed 8 week training plan
  • A Coach who is there for your support and guides you through the program
  • Invitation to a private Facebook Group designed to increase engagement among members, pass off vital information, and host private virtual training sessions.
  • Invitations to exclusive events made just for the group.
    • These will include: 
      • Health and wellness events hosted by health professionals
      • Promotion events
      • Demo Events (Shoe vendor comes and lets you try out their products for your run)
