Program Schedule: Sundays from 1pm - 2pm at the Staples High School outdoor track
Program Fee: $99
Description: This program is a non-competitive children?s running program geared for children ages 5-14. This is a way for your child to learn the basics about running in a safe and fun atmosphere. Parents are welcome to join! Each session is held at the Staples High School outdoor track and is just under 1 hour. Meetups are Sundays at 1pm, weather permitting, but we only cancel in the event of severe weather or heavy rain. The program may be extended if we miss meetups. By the time kids are done with the program, they are generally able to run a couple of miles, depending on the age of the child.

Description: Want to get one-on-one coaching from one of our experienced Run Coaches? We offer fully-customizable run coaching packages. You tell us what you want and we will customize the plan and price it accordingly. All individually-coached plans include an initial run assessment, biomechanics evaluation, goal setting, regular run analysis and variable workouts depending on what your goals are. Meet with a Run Coach virtually or in-person - or both! A run tracking device (GPS) is highly-recommended, along with some way to track your runs for the Run Coach to evaluate along the way.
