Inaugural Compo Beach Run & Dunk 10k

It's not a regular 10k, and it's not a triathalon.... it's something really different! 

This is a fun out-and-back 10k, with a nice dip in the waters of Long Island Sound at the midway, or 5k point. We start and end at the store, and it will be a timed run. There will be rules on how far into the water you need to go... stay tuned!
