We want to welcome all skill levels to start training with us, whether you are new to running, walking, or looking for coaching to sharpen your skills!
We'll help you stay accountable with a 10 week training plan, complete with:
- Daily assignments for running, walking, cross-training, and recovery days
- Weekly check-in's by assigned coach
- Weekly newsletter with instructional information
- Access to a private Facebook group to share training or ask questions
- A training t-shirt
