2026 5k/10k Loop the Lagoon Training

We are a welcoming energetic group of people who love running!

Fleet Feet Vacaville has an amazing set of RRCA certified coaches that love involving that community and are excited to meet you!

Our 5k group is based off of a couch to 5k program and is an interval based program from walkers to more advanced runners.

Our 10k group starts off at the 3 mile distance so we highly recommend that all participants are able to run 3 miles at the start of the program.

*Group meets Thursday's at 6:15pm and Saturday's at 8:00am

*Informational Night: Thursday, February 12th at 6:15pm

*Training Begins: Monday, February 16th

- Training Includes -

• 10-week comprehensive training plan

• Two group training runs per week

• Weekly training newsletter with training tips & insider info

• $25 in Fleet Feet Bucks to be used on accessories and/or apparel (does not apply to Team FVRC members & ambassadors)

• Education on proper form, pacing, fueling, and stretching

Now - January 15th: $105

January 16th - February 12th: $120

February 13th & After: $135

Team FVRC & Ambassador pricing is $67.50 during all time periods (register in store only)

*To become an ambassador, you must have participated in 3 full-priced training groups.

*Program cost does not include entry fee to Loop the Lagoon
