Overall Thoughts:
- I wear a Men’s 10.5D and typically need a 2E in shoes that fit slightly wider. Some shoes that fit me well are the Altra Experience Flow 3, Mizuno Wave Rider 30, and Saucony Triumph 24 (wide width).
- The Novablast 6 is an incredibly comfortable, bouncy daily trainer that works well for both running and long hours on my feet at work.
- The new mesh upper is soft, stretchy, and comfortable, making it a great fit even for runners with a wider forefoot.
- The FF Turbo² foam in the forefoot “trampoline pod” adds noticeable energy return and keeps the ride fun and responsive.
- Having worn every Novablast since the third version, this is my favorite version yet. The energy return is more noticeable than the Novablast 5, likely due to the updated dual-density foam setup.
- A great do-it-all trainer that can handle easy miles, faster paces, and everything in between.
Cross-Brand Comparisons:
- ASICS Neo Zen 2
- New Balance Rebel v5
- Saucony Triumph 24

- The shoe has a slightly firmer cushioning feel, which provides a responsive ride while still staying comfortable.
- The lighter build gives the shoe a more relaxed fit compared to some more snug trainers.
- The toe box feels roomy and comfortable, but the heel fit is a little looser.
- A great option for runners looking for a lightweight, responsive trainer that can handle everyday miles and workouts.
