I'm Ashtyn LeCompte and I love running for so many reasons! Running has been apart of every season of my life and all that I've put into it, it has given so much more back to me. Running changes everything and my hope is that everyone can be apart of this amazing community of people. Fast or slow, we're all just running around- come run with us!
