Walk FIT Camp is a coach-led training program that offers a professionally designed proven approach to starting your fitness journey. No previous exercise experience is required. Please check with your doctor before starting a fitness program. Must be 16 to participant on your own. Children ages 12 and up are welcome provided they are with a parent or guardian at all times. |
