Spring Pathways Training Session

We kick off Monday February 23 with:
• 6 pace groups (all levels welcome)
• BROKEN ARROW: Monday and Wednesday at 6:00PM
• KINGSPOINTE: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00PM
• Saturday long runs at 7:30AM (we rotate locations!)
Don't worry, you're not married to a location or a pace group, you can go wherever is convenient for you!
In 8 weeks you'll be ready for a 10K - our goal race is the Golden Driller 10K on April 18th.
