No Boundaries I & II are our "Learn to Run" training programs and started Feb 4. You still have time to join our 'couch to 5km' training programs that help you gradually increase your fitness level. Our Spring 2013 No Boundaries goal race is the Cinco de Mayo 5km on Friday evening May 3rd. You can register online or in-store for this program.
