Healthy Runner and Active Recovery Class Added to Roster

Whether a new runner or an experienced racer, we can always benefit from a little more education. Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa and Broken Arrow has added a Healthy Runner Class on April 17 from 3 to 4:15pm at our Kingspointe location. This class is taught by an experienced triathlete and Master Fitter, and is divided into two parts. The first component involves learning proper and efficient running technique and the second portion will cover basic injury prevention, including the Two Minute Drill. Learn more or register here. Our new Active Recovery Class is timed to arrive just after spring races. We want to give you tools to recover properly from putting your body through both the training and racing of a half or full. But the class isn't just for long distance runners. Any athlete can learn more about how to use injury prevention and recovery tools. Join us when we will pick up where the Healthy Runner and Walker Classes stop, offering more in-depth access to foam rollers, balls, sticks and other tools. Register here
