Spring 2019 Fleet Feet Bike Training
Use this form to let us know which group you plan to ride with primarily and your goal distance at Tulsa Tough (if known).
- D2: 10-12mph on relatively flat bike paths. This group will ride shorter, easier routes.
- D1: 10-12mph on rolling open road rides
- C2: 13mph
- C1: 14mph
- B2: 15mph
- B1: 16mph
- A: 18-20mph. This group will ride longer routes and requires extra training during the week.
