Fleet Feet Bike Training is an endurance cycling training program for beginner to advanced-intermediate cyclists to train for mass-start group rides like Tulsa Tough's fondos (not the criterium racing).
Emphasis will be on advancing endurance and safe group-riding skills. A standard road bike with drop bars, multiple gears and slick tires is highly recommended. Triathlon/time-trial bikes and hybrid bikes are allowed. No mountain/fat bikes.
