No Boundaries 10K Training Program
Training for a 10K can look different for everyone. Some runners are continuing their Fleet Feet No Boundaries journey. Others have been running on their own and are ready to train with structure, support and community.
The No Boundaries 10K Training Program brings runners together around a shared goal race. Over eight weeks, you will follow a progressive training plan designed to help you build endurance, confidence and consistency, while being supported by experienced running coaches, dedicated mentors and a welcoming Fleet Feet community. Together, you will create momentum and celebrate the progress that comes from showing up week after week.
Here is what to expect during your No Boundaries 10K Training Program:
- Kickoff event where you will be able to meet your running coaches and other participants.
- Weekly group workouts led by experience running coaches
- Demo runs, guidance on gear and recovery techniques
- 10K training plan
- Participant shirt
- Race day support
- Post-race celebration
- Support from Saucony
This isn’t just about running a 10K. It’s about discovering what you’re capable of with the right people beside you every step of the way.
Fall 2026 10K Training powered by Saucony
Program Start: August 18th, 2026
Program Schedule: Two meetings per week on Tuesday @ 6:15 pm and early Saturday mornings (5-7 am)
Program Fee: $140.00
Description: Whether you want to tackle a new challenge or get faster, our 10K Program will help you take your fitness to the next level. Our 10K coaches will use run/walk intervals to gradually increase distance. If you want to run the distance continuously, you have that option in this program as well. At Fleet Feet, you will find a community to cheer you, challenge you, and help you reach your goals. We suggest you are comfortable run/walking for 30 minutes prior to joining this program. We recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program. We will train together for approximately 16 weeks.
This season starts on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026. More information will be sent after registering and closer to the start date.
