Description: Our Full Marathon Training Program is designed to prepare runners for endurance running. If you are looking to improve fitness, challenge yourself, and/or train to race, Fleet Feet's Full Marathon Training program is right for you! We suggest you are comfortable run/walking 8 miles before starting this program. We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program. We'll train together for 14 weeks and can modify and extend programs based on your goal race.
