Program Schedule: 2 group meetings per week: Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings

Program Fee: $100
Description: Our Beat the Heat Endurance Training Program is designed to prepare runners for endurance running at the half or full marathon level. If you are looking to improve fitness, challenge yourself, and/or train to race, Fleet Feet's Endurance Training program is right for you! We suggest you are comfortable run/walking 4-5 miles before starting this program. We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
