Whether you’re training for your first 5K, preparing for a marathon, returning to running, or simply looking for a supportive running community, Fleet Feet Tucson offers training programs and group runs designed for runners and walkers of all experience levels.
Our Tucson running groups combine expert coaching, community support, accountability, education, and encouragement to help you reach your goals while enjoying the journey.
We offer training opportunities for:
- Beginner runners
- Walkers and walk/runners
- 5K and 10K training
- Half marathon training

- Trail runners
- Fitness-focused runners
- Social and community runners
With two Tucson-area locations and deep roots in the local running community, Fleet Feet Tucson is proud to support runners and walkers throughout Southern Arizona.
The Fall Session begins Tuesday, August 18th 2026.
There are four groups: 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Trail!
Here's what you can expect:
- Weekly run/walk workouts
- Weekly strength and conditioning videos you can do at home
- Weekly emails and videos from coaches
- Social media groups to share our success!
You can train virtually with us for any of our groups. You'll receive the same training plan and weekly email with workouts and coaching info.
Two meetings per week on Tuesday @ 6:15 pm and early Saturday mornings (5-7 am)
Tuesdays @ 6:15 pm - Track night - Catalina High School* (not Catalina Foothills).
Saturdays - various locations - times vary between 5:00-6:00 am depending on daylight and temperatures.
