Training Programs Expand Across Tucson
When our Fall training groups kick off in July and August, Fleet Feet will offer simultaneous programs - Eastside and Northwest side. The East Group will meet at many of the same places that it has for the last eight years, and the new Northwest side group will meet in the area around the new location (Oracle Rd./Ina), as well as many other spots in the area (to be determined).

Free Yoga Clinic at Fleet Feet May 30
As one of the key components of fitness, flexibility is often overlooked by many of us. Whether you are trying to achieve peak performance or are more casual with your workouts, keeping muscles and connective tissues pliable is crucial for injury prevention. Yoga is a great way to maintain and increase your flexibility. It's also great for strength, balance, and relaxation.
Diane Lee Zibaoui of Di-namic Fitness will be at Fleet Feet on Thursday, May 30 at 6:15 pm to discuss specific yoga poses/stretches and breath work from which every walker or runner will benefit. Diane will then take you though the poses and stretches, giving you an opportunity to practice and learn proper form.
Clinic attendees should come dressed in workout attire and with a mat.
Need Help to Beat the Heat?
Did you know that the average high temperature for Tucson in June is 100 degrees, average rainfall is .21 inches, and the sun stays out for an average of 14 hours each day? As they say, it's a dry heat.
What does that mean for those of us active folks? It means we have to get out early, protect ourselves from the sun and stay hydrated.
Let Fleet Feet help you prepare for your summer activites. From clothing to keep you protected in the sun, hydration systems and electrolyte supplements to keep you moving, and swim accessories for the pool, we've got the gear you need for an active and safe summer.
