Start the new year off on the right (or left!) foot by registering for Winter Training Groups! Our programs are the perfect mix of speed workouts and endurance training and are designed for beginner and experienced runners alike. All of this in a fun, inclusive, and inviting atmosphere!
Plus, you'll have access to our exclusive Gear Up night on Thursday, January 15th to save on all the gear you'll need for the season.
This winter, we're offering 4 training opportunities:
No Boundaries 5K (3.1 miles) In No Boundaries, you will find a community to cheer you, challenge you, and help you reach your goals. Train for your first 5K or simply add a healthy habit to your routine. This is a run/walk program!
10K (6.2 miles) Whether you want to tackle a new challenge or get faster, our 10K group will take your fitness to the next level! Our 10K coaches will use run/walk intervals to gradually increase distance. If you want to run the distance continuously, you have that option in this program as well.
Half-Marathon (13.1 miles) Designed to prepare runners for the half-marathon level and increase endurance. If you are looking to improve fitness, challenge yourself, and/or train to race, this program is right for you!
Trail (5-10miles) Our trail run group is here to help you become more confident with trail running, and introduce you to great Tucson trails. We hope this group will increase your confidence on trails and provide friendship and camaraderie. LEARN MORE AND REGISTER! |
