Fitness and wellness trackers have become amazingly sophisticated and gone are the days of simply hitting START on a stopwatch (although we sometimes long for those days!). Even GPS pace and distance info seem "mid" as the kids would say. Heart rate variability, blood oxygen saturation, and skin temperature are all easily measured by today's devices. Even glucose monitoring is becoming more and more popular for everyday health and fitness.
The question is, what do you do with all of this data?
