Our 5k training is designed with the beginner runner in mind. Our goal is to build your confidence by providing an approachable training plan, regular dialogue with a coach and strategies to help you run smarter and grow to enjoy the amazing sport of running. You'll have the opportunity to meet others that share similar goals, hold yourself accountable to a training plan that fits your individual needs and gear up with awesome in-store discounts. Your coach and mentors are ready to meet you where you're at and build you up to achieve your running goals!

- Starts: First group practice is September 16 at 6:00 pm
- Program Length: 8 weeks

- Objective Distance: We're preparing for the Hat Trick Hustle 5k on Saturday, November 8th. We welcome runners in our Tri-Cities community training for other races and are happy to adjust your plan to meet your goals.
- Experience Level: Training plans will be geared towards two different race-day goals:
- Interval to Finish (Walk/Run to the finish line)
- Run to Finish (Steady pace to the finish line)
- Connect: Our Ignite! Training Facebook Group is a great way to share photos and connect with the other runners outside of meetup times.
- Price: $49 + tax and processing fees

Running has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I fell in love with the sport when I joined my middle school track team at 12 years old, and it’s been shaping who I am ever since. From sprinting and jumping in high school, to competing in college, to taking time away to heal and later rediscovering my passion, running has always been where I’ve found challenge, growth, and joy.
What I love most about running isn’t just the miles, it’s the way it pushes me mentally as much as physically, and the way it brings people together. I’ve run everything from 5Ks to a full marathon, and no matter the distance, I find the same spark in the connections built along the way.
As a coach, my favorite thing is helping others discover that same spark; whether it’s the excitement of crossing a finish line, the pride in hitting a personal goal, or simply enjoying the journey with a supportive community. Coaching with Fleet Feet allows me to share my love of movement and empower others to see what they’re truly capable of.
