This FREE event is for everyone! Bring your friends and family, enjoy a great atmosphere, and the best part... COOKIES!
You can expect free coffee and cookies at the finish line! Also, our vendor partners will be joining us and they will have demos to test before and after the run. Plus, there will be some awesome raffle prizes up for grabs!

WEEKLY RUN/WALK CLUB
Weekly runs/walks are for everyone!
Our Fleet Feet Run/Walks are for every runner, athlete and walker, in the Tri-Cities area, and it's free! We just want you to be a part of our community, enjoy the outdoors, meet new friends, and share the joy of running together.
Join us every Monday at 6:00 pm from our shop!
Demos: During our weekly runs on Mondays at 6:00 pm, we'll be joined by a couple of our great brands for a run in which we'll have the chance to try on some of their top running shoe styles. This is a great opportunity to be able to feel a new shoe that you haven't tried throughout the course of an entire run. These events are FREE and open to everybody. We hope to see you there!
