Fleet Feet Fall Half Marathon Training Program Powered by On
Ignite Your Run. Redefine Your Wins.
Half marathon—train with us, finish strong.
This 12 to 16 week program, powered by On, will allow participants to train for their upcoming fall goal race for any distance 5k to marathon.
The this program will end right around Lake to Lake 10k, St. Pete Run Fest, Space Coast 13.1 and 26.2, and local turkey trot races. Athletes will be trained for their goal race, so please let us know what race you are training for at the start of the program.
Athletes will have 3 in-person sessions and 3 prescribed runs to complete on their own. The Monday run will be mostly steady pace starting at Lake Hollingsworth. Wednesday runs will be threshold intervals or tempo reps at various locations around Lakeland. Weekend long runs will be on Saturday at various locations around Lakeland. We plan to utilize Lake Hollingsworth, Bonnet Springs Park, Holloway Park, and Fort Fraser Trail.
On will have special demos and will also be providing a tech shirt for all participants. Additionally, athletes will receive 15% Off ON for the duration of the program.
