Turkey Trot Race Support

Give back this Thanksgiving by helping keep our runners hydrated and on course! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist at one of the water stops for the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.

Volunteer Roles:

• Water Stop Helpers: Arrive at 8:15 AM to help at a fully set-up water station. Duties include filling cups and handing out water to runners. Water stop is located on Four Oaks Blvd. between School House Rd. & Tram Rd.

• Course Direction Helpers: Two volunteers are needed to stand at nearby turns to safely guide runners around the course. One at the corner of Four Oaks blvd turnaround and one at the corner of Four Oaks blvd and School House rd.

Details:

• No experience necessary – we’ll provide all instructions.

• A great way to be part of the race excitement and give back to your community.

• Volunteers should be ready to help from 8:15 AM until the last runner passes the station.
