Next Form Class: March 26th!

Over the course of an hour, our USATF certified coach Michael will give you tips, tricks and drills to improve form, efficiency, decrease injury prevention and help you achieve your next PR!
We will have a form class on the last Thursday of every month!
When: 3/26, 4/30, 5/28, 6/25, 7/30, 8/27 etc...
Where: Winthrop Park (We will be meeting at the store, do a warm up run to the park and then continue the class at the park)
There is a $10 drop in fee. You can register online or pay in CASH when you arrive!
