With Fleet Feet’s Training Program Powered by On, you’ll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered.
Training for a full or half marathon isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery.
With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way. Below are our links to our registration pages - please note that while registration is separate for the Half Marathon Training and the Full Marathon Training, we will run both groups together! If you are undecided on your training distance, we recommend registering for the Full Marathon if you think there's a chance of doing that distance (we can adjust your training plan at a later date if you change distances).
Here’s what you can expect:
- 12 weeks of daily training with our expert coaches
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from coaches and mentors on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
- Coaching support in person and via our Final Surge Training Platform to answer your questions along the way.
Important Information:
- Open House: November 4th 6:30pm. Come see what our program is like, meet your coaches, mentors and fellow participants and get more information.
- Dates: November 18th, 2025 through February 8th, 2026
- Goal Race: Targeting the Tallahassee half marathon on February 8th, 2026. Full Marathon participants are welcome but training programing will be geared for the half distance.
- Workout Days: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm from the store, and Saturdays at 8 am from alternating locations.
- Cost: $185. This does not include the race fee
