Fleet Feet Sports offers the following triathlon programs seasonally. All are coached programs that will help triathletes of all abilities improve.
Spring Triathlon runs from early May to mid-August and includes both indoor and outdoor swimming sessions, cycling and running.
Spring Triathlon is the Official Training Program for the Iron Girl Syracuse event.
Fall Triathlon runs from early October to late November and includes indoor swim sessions and outdoor cycle and run sessions.
Winter Triathlon runs from early December to late February and includes swim sessions at an indoor pool and indoor spin sessions at Fleet Feet Sports.
