The Program
This week long day camp is focused on preparing young athletes in grades 7 - 12 for the upcoming cross country season, fall sports, and running! We will be focusing on the basics of running and fitness. We will be talking about endurance, learn about strength training and cross training, learn how to properly recover and recovery tools, basic nutrition and hydration, and PLAYING ALL THE FUN CAMP GAMES!!! The camp will be from 9am - 12pm, Monday through Friday at Long Branch Park in Liverpool.
The Details
- Who: Kids going into 7th through 12th grades running Cross Country or playing a fall sport! Runners of all abilities are welcome!
- Where: Long Branch Park in Liverpool
- When: Monday through Friday, July 22nd - 26th AND/OR July 29th - August 2nd
- Times: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Cost: $99 for one week, $175 for both weeks
- The Goal: To learn and grow as young athletes while preparing for the upcoming 2024 fall sports season. And, most of all HAVE FUN!!!

REFUNDS
- A full refund will be given to anyone up to midnight of the first day of the session if a valid reason is given for needing to cancel a membership.
- A refund of 75% will be given for those that provide a valid canceling reason up to two weeks in to any 10-week program such as No Boundaries and FFXT or up to three weeks for any program that is more than 10 weeks long such as the distance or triathlon programs.
- After the two or three week period, depending on the length of the program, no refund will be given if a member needs to stop participating in the programs for any reason.
TRANSFERS
- A participant can transfer their program entry fee, in its full amount, to a future program if a valid transfer reason is provided within the first three weeks of the program.
- Fleet Feet will provide a 50% transfer value of the program entry fee if a transfer is necessary within the first five weeks of the program.
- After the five week period, no transfers will be allowed if a member needs to stop participating in the programs for any reason.
Summer Youth Run Camp
Program Start: Week One Starts July 22nd 2024, and Week 2 Starts July 29th, 2024
Program Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 12pm
