This program is designed for the beginning runner and will help guide you to your first 5K. Ten week sessions begin throughout the year in multiple locations around the Syracuse area. Next session starts in July 2015.
Training designed for those looking to improve their speed and efficiency as a runner. Seasonal sessions will train for a variety of shorter distance races in the CNY area. Next session starts June 2015.
