Fleet Feet Syracuse Fall Triathlon Program
The greatest opportunity that the off-season provides is the time to go back and work on refining those fundamental areas you never had time for while you were training for your races.
Fleet Feet Triathlon is proud to announce it’s 10 week Fall Triathlon Program which begins the week of September 24 and runs through the week of November 22. The schedule follows a weekly Wednesday Evening/Saturday Morning format.
The program is specifically designed to combine teaching and practical application though weekly clinics and workouts. The intent is to allow athletes to focus on specific plans to improve their performance through analysis, and discussion, and then a follow up session on the weekend to practice those skills.
