
No Boundaries 10K Training Program
Training for a 10K can look different for everyone. Some runners are continuing their Fleet Feet No Boundaries journey. Others have been running on their own and are ready to train with structure, support and community.
The No Boundaries 10K Training Program brings runners together around a shared goal race. Over eleven weeks, you will follow a progressive training plan designed to help you build endurance, confidence and consistency, while being supported by experienced running coaches, dedicated mentors and a welcoming Fleet Feet community. Together, you will create momentum and celebrate the progress that comes from showing up week after week.
Here is what to expect during your No Boundaries 10K Training Program:
● Kickoff event where you will be able to meet your running coaches and other participants.
● Weekly group workouts led by experienced running coaches
● Demo runs, guidance on gear and recovery techniques
● 10K training plan
● Participant shirt
● Halfway celebration
