Throughout history, the color red has been associated with heat, life force, energy, and love. These powerful associations lend itself well to the month of February where the focus is on Valentine’s Day and heart health. Most athletes understand that importance of diet and exercise for heart health. However, this session will explore the nutritional value and specific properties of red foods, along with various types of activities to build heat and improve energy during the winter months.
