Today we have a yoga video with moves that are perfect for runners who need some assistance to loosen up, relax and let go of stress.
Workout Focus: Restorative Yoga

For this video you may need:
- Yoga mat or carpet
- Bolster or pillow
- Blocks or stack of books
- Blanket or mat to cushion knees
