It has been said that if you are ever losing faith in human nature, go out and watch a marathon. While I agree, I think the same can be said for a 5K when it happens to be the goal race for No Boundaries athletes!
This past Saturday, nearly 200 Fleet Feet Sports Training team members went out to cross the finish line of the spring training season. The No Boundaries team trained diligently each week, braving less than pleasant conditions, all to prepare for a gorgeous morning at Paige’s Butterfly Run in downtown Syracuse. We stress to trust in your training, however, you cannot always prepare for every element one might face come race day. That is where the support of your teammates and coaches come in.
Camaraderie and teamwork is on display all 10 weeks of the No Boundaries 5K Training Program, but come race day, the athletes and coaches take it to the next level with cheers of support and encouragement from minute one until the final steps across the finish line.
