Have you ever heard the phrase “if you wait until the right time in life to do something, you will never end up doing it”? We all want to make informed decisions, but for the most part, once we get the notion to achieve something, we need to make a commitment to follow through. Going on a vacation? Book a flight. Need a hotel? Make a reservation. Running a race? Sign up for it. Once you are committed, you now have a focus.
Just the concept of attempting a triathlon can be overwhelming, (“great, I get to try three sports, and one of them is in the water!”) But we can assure you the rewards are proportional to the challenge. The Fleet Feet Spring Triathlon Program will kick off its eighth season starting May 9. During the past seven years we have helped more than 800 beginners achieve their dream. And most of them have progressed to our intermediate or advanced programs.
With a staff of 14 coaches encouraging you at every point, you can progress at your own pace. The variety and flexibility of the program will keep you motivated, and ensure that your fitness becomes part of your lifestyle and not just a short-term goal. We would love to have you join us.
Information on each of the programs can be found on the training page, and the registration link can be found at: www.fleetfeetsyracuse.com/training/triathlon/spring-triathlon.
