Improve your time and try some track workouts...bridge repeats...drills and core exercises. You will get stronger and become more efficient.
This training program is good for Runners and Walkers. Each workout is beneficial and can be modified.
The goal of our workouts is to make you, stronger, faster and more efficient. But this might just be the thing you need to remind yourself that you can do hard things during a really unusual time. Through SpeedPlay you will learn how to execute and benefit from a variety of unique workouts and how to maintain good form when running or walking at a harder intensity. We will also address topics like ideal race hydration, dynamic warm ups, cool downs, and body maintenance products that supplement faster workouts.
Great workouts planned by Coach Sandy each week. Sandy is a world-record holder, ultra-runner and certified coach.

SpeedPlay Details for Registered Participants
- 6 week program (6 group workouts)
- Thursdays at 6:30pm (Location changes each week)
- Begins Thursday, January 12, 2023
- Registered participants receive weekly email outlining workouts for the week, workout location and coaching tips
- Cost is $60 for the full 6 week program
- Special Gear Up Day coupon that can be used in Fleet Feet Stuart or Fleet Feet Port St Lucie when you register for the full session.

Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 6:30pm: Meet Coach Sandy at the track on 10th Street in East Stuart. The track is located behind the 10th Street Community Center located at 724 SE 10th Street, Stuart. Coach Sandy will meet you by the bathrooms at the track. Bring a mat or towel with you to use for warm-up and cool-down exercises. See you there!
