The HOTTEST Race in town! 3.1 Mile Run/Walk through North River Shores! It’s Florida! It’s Summer! It’s August!

Time to have some fun and show the rest of them that just because it’s HOT… We still love to RUN!

From their website:  "At Girls on the Run Treasure Coast, teaching essential life skills is the cornerstone of our research-based programs. Trained volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development, including managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy."
