Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Turkey Trot STL. TTSTL 2020 is held on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 26th. TTSTL supports local food pantries through canned food collection and monetary donations.
All volunteers will receive an embroidered TTSTL beanie to keep their ears toasty on race morning and gift card to Fleet Feet. Volunteers are needed to assist with equipment set-up, packet pick-up, parking direction, course marshaling, water station management, and clean-up. Shift times vary depending on the position but the majority run from 6am to 10am.
As a volunteer, you will be required to wear a mask at all times throughout the event. We will have disposable masks if you forget yours. We will also have gloves and face shields available to whomever would feel more comfortable in their position with these items. Masks are a non-negotiable! If you are not willing to wear a mask throughout the event, please do not sign up.
Lastly, a health survey will be sent out to you the week of the event. All volunteers will be required to complete the online health survey prior to the event and be negative for symptoms of COVID-19 in order to attend. If you have a positive COVID-19 test or are showing symptoms (click here for a full list of symptoms) we ask that you do not attend the event.
Please fill out the following form to confirm your interest. If you have any special needs or requests, please provide them and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The week of the event you will receive an email from me with more detailed instructions. If you have questions at any time, feel free to email Jules McCormick at jules@fleetfeetstlouis.com.
Thank you!
