Our learn-by-doing workshops are designed to help prehab and rehab the most common issues that affect endurance athletes. Consider this: studies show that we retain 10 percent of what we read, 30 percent of what we see demonstrated, and 75 percent of what we practice doing. In other words Doing > Reading. Every runner has muscle imbalances, and ever runner compensates for imbalances in some way. These compensations cause both inefficiencies and injuries. A stronger, more coordinated athlete is a faster, healthier runner. By coaching movement, not muscle, our classes train the body to withstand the workload and demands of running.
