Our Functional Strength class develops “useful” strength, or the type of strength that makes you faster and healthier. We say, our 60-minute Functional Strength class is a one-two punch that maximizes energy output and strengthens the muscles surrounding common injury sites.
But, not every runner is ready for that one-two.
Our 30-minute Introduction to Functional Strength Workshop focuses on Step One, activating small muscle groups and increasing joint mobility. Taught by our Strength & Conditioning Coach, Brogan Vahle, this workshop will focus on turning weaknesses into strengths SLOWLY and CORRECTLY.
