Below are two maps, one is an old color coded one and the black & white GORC map shows a bit more of the updated trail system, specifically the Beulah Trail which is on the north/north eastern portion of the map. This one will be a bit more technical depending on which trails you hit so this one is purely a time run and treat as recovery. This can also be a good time to practice some of your nutrition plans or trying out different drinks/food sources if you prefer. All the trails in this park are very well marked and color coded - the BLUE Eagle Valley trail is a bit more mix of gravel like road and single track trail. The lower portions have become a bit more rocky over the last several years from all the flooding so while not as hilly as some of the other trails the footing can be rought in patches. There is a nice little overlook spot along part of the Beulah Trail that has been expanded on the past couple years....it can be found on along the northern section of the maps (easier to see it on the black and white map).
