The Fleet Feet team is comprised of the most passionate individuals in running specialty. Their focus is centered around giving our guests the best possible experience time after time as well as ensuring you achieve your needs in lifestyle, fit, customer service, training and product.

Dave Winter - Franchise Owner
Dave, a proud DELCO native, opened Fleet Feet Springfield in May 2024 with his wife, Melanie, to help others pursue their personal goals; whether walking, standing, or running. A lifelong learner and local through and through, Dave attended St. Francis of Assisi (Springfield), Springfield High School, earned his BS from Widener University, and his MBA from Villanova.
Running runs deep in Dave’s family. His siblings have coached at St. Francis of Assisi and Cardinal O’Hara, and his sister Christa helped found the Springfield High School girls track and field team. Although Dave discovered running in his late 30s, it quickly became a passion he now shares with others through Fleet Feet and coaching at St. Pius X.
When he’s not at the store, on the track, or hitting the trails around DELCO, Dave enjoys spending time with Melanie and their five amazing kids—Kyle, Hanna, Luke, Katharina, and Evan.

Liam Galligan - General Manager
Liam brings close to a decade of run specialty and franchise experience to FF Springfield! Born and raised in his hometown, Liam began competing in XC & TF at 5 Years old for St. Francis CYO, ran for Springfield HS and is a 2x All-American at the NCAA DIII Level. To this day, Liam is still competing at the amatuer level with hopes of breaking 4 minutes in the Mile. He also coaches at Regina Luminis Academy in Berwyn, PA.
"I love run specialty because it truly brings me joy to serve others and allows me to make positive impacts on their lives. Myself and my team here aim to help everyone when they engage with us to make their everyday lives just that much easier!"

Maddie Mitchell - Retail Experience Manager (RXM)
Now, she is on a mission to explore how running can function as a form of personal therapy and to discover ways that shoe design features, such as the heel-to-toe drop, can make running more accessible for people seeking to take control of their health, just as she did.
