DELCO Run for Heroes 5K
The 24th annual Run for Heroes event on Sunday, October 12th at 9am in Springfield. It is fun and competitive, with cash prizes for the top racers. Many families also enjoy the course, which winds through the Scenic Hills and Colonial Park section of the Township. The race benefits the Delaware County Hero Scholarship Fund, for the children of Police, Firefighters and EMS Responders that have died in the line of duty. Johnny's Run for Life Run/Walk

Join us for a run/walk that means a ton to us. Some of our team has been running this race for over 10 years because of what it means for our community. It takes place Sunday, October 12th.

Springfield Sweet 16

Come join us at Springfield High School for an electric morning of 1600s on Saturday, November 15th at 10AM! This meet is an opportunity to support Springfield High School's Cross Country and Track Program. Athletes of all ages (elementary-adult) will compete in an open FAT-timed mile on the track. Athletes will be seeded by division so everyone will have strong competition!

CYO XC Championships
We are super excited to see everyone at CYO XC Champs Sunday, October 19th! We will be there with gear, good energy, and our cheering poses prepped! A % of proceeds goes to supporting the Philadelphia CYO Cross Country program we love. 

CYO XC Regionals

Everyone has been blowing us away this season, regionals will be no exception. We're stoked to see qualifiers move on to Knoxville, TN. It'll be taking place at Rose Tree Park in Media, on November 2nd so stay tuned!
