Yoga can help improve your running performance, breathing, and injury resistance. The focus of this easy-to-moderate yoga class will be on strengthening and lengthening the muscles that are common hot spots in runners, such as hamstrings and hips. You will leave class with the true sense of feeling restored. $7, All ages welcome! $5 for training group participants.

A waiver will need to be signed before every Yoga Class.
Each participant will need to check in with their name and phone number before every class.
We will be practicing outside - each student is responsible for their own mat, water, ect.
Social distancing of 6ft apart will be enforced.
** Reflective vest or apparel and headlamp or flashlight are required for social runs during Daylight Savings Time **
