Training Groups start back up the week of January 10, 2023
We take extreme pride in helping others reach their goals through fun, organized, and professionally coached training programs. Over the last 14 years we have successfully trained hundreds of people to achieve their personal fitness goals. 5K Road Group
- Meets Tuesday at 6pm at Fleet Feet and Saturdays at 7am at rotating locations in Springfield
- 2023 Sessions
- Spring session: January 10 - April 15 (14 weeks)
- Summer Session: April 24 - July 29 (14 weeks)
- Fall Session: August 7 - November 12 (14 weeks)

Half Marathon Road Group
- Meets Tuesday at 6pm at Fleet Feet and Saturdays at 7am at rotating locations in Springfield
- Must be able to run at least 3 miles continuously at start of program
- 2023 Sessions
- Spring session: January 10 - April 15 (14 weeks)
- Summer Session: April 24 - July 29 (14 weeks)
- Fall Session: August 7 - November 12 (14 weeks)

Trail Running Group
- We will not have a Spring Trail Group but plan to add Trail back in for the Summer and/or Fall session.
