Training Groups start back up the week of April 24, 2023
We take extreme pride in helping others reach their goals through fun, organized, and professionally coached training programs. Over the last 14 years we have successfully trained hundreds of people to achieve their personal fitness goals. We believe we have the best coaches and resources around to help you reach your personal training goals.
Spring to Summer Session 5K Road Group
- Meets Tuesday at 6pm at Fleet Feet and Saturdays at 7am at rotating locations in Springfield
- Winter to spring session: January 10 - April 15 (14 weeks)
- Spring to summer session: April 24 - June 17 (8 weeks)
- Summer to fall session: TBD
Fall training groups are in the process of being updated. We expect to have:
- 5k
- Half-marathon
- Full-marathon
- Trail
