JOIN FLEET FEET SPORTS SPOKANE FOR YOUR BLOOMSDAY 12K TRAINING!
Advanced Bloomsday 12k Training is a 10-week performance-based program to progress your running form and efficiency to successfully complete the Bloomsday 12K race with a new PR in mind. The program is open to all runners and run/walkers who are looking to get stronger, better and faster. This group will train alongside the Half Marathon group with a goal to increase pace, speed and endurance. If you would like to PR your past Bloomsday time, this group will help you get there. Training begins February 28, 2018.
PREREQUISITE TO JOIN: Be able to comfortably run 3 miles at a 15 min per mile pace or faster. We will take you from your current pace and help push you to new speed and a new PR. Our first long run will begin around 3 miles. Recommended previous participation in Bloomsday or a 10k race. The goal is to increase speed and endurance. You will run further than the race distance during your training with us.
WHEN: Weekly training runs will be Wednesdays at 5:30pm on and Saturdays 8:00am.
WHERE: The group meets at Fleet Feet Sports Spokane.

PROGRAM COST: $79 + tax on or before 2/22, plus $20 after (Race entry is not included)

Advanced Bloomsday Training participants will receive:
**A 10-week training program delivered via Training Peaks.
**Coach-guided weekly training sessions
**Access to coaches/mentors via email during the week
**Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, nutrition, running form, and more
**Dedicated support from your coach/mentor to answer individual questions
**The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
