With Fleet Feet’s Half Marathon Training Program Powered by On, you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered. This 12-week training program will include education on training techniques and tools to help you further enjoy running and improve your performance. Along the way, we will provide you with motivation, weekly group runs, as well as clinics on nutrition, how not to get injured, and more. Although this is a virtual program, you are welcome to join Fleet Feet South East Michigan Social Group Meet-Ups.
